What's Jordan all about?
With a history of disordered eating and exercise behaviors but a deep love for health and wellness, Jordan set out to learn how we can master both: a healthy relationship with food, an intuitive approach to eating and movement, and respect for our body in all phases. We can be a masterpiece and a work-in-progress at the same time.
Using a "No One Size Fits All" approach to health coaching, Jordan works with women and men of all ages and backgrounds to optimize health habits while learning about body neutrality. In addition to being a board certified Health Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, she is also an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified. There is always more to learn about being our best selves.
In 2022, Jordan took on the personal challenge of eliminating all refined sugar from her life. It quieted the Food Noise that had plagued her and brought her life so much peace. Two+ years into her journey, she is now sharing this approach with her clients if requested.
Jordan lives in Bend, OR where she leads a weekly community “social” walk, dog sits for her friends & neighbors, and spends her free time chasing waterfalls.
